Obama Waffles sold at a Washington DC summit were banned. The packaging contained material that was offensive because it showed Obama as a racial stereotype.

Values Voter Summit organizers closed down the booth that sold Obama Waffles mix. Activists had bought boxes of Obama Waffles which had an illustration of Obama with thick lips and pop out eyes. Obama Waffles was created by Bob DeMoss and Mark Whitlock, both writers by profession and wrote some political satire on the box. DeMoss and Whitlock are from Franklin, Tennessee. The Obama Campaign refused to comment on the Obama Waffles incident.
