A truck driver, driving through Oakland Interstate 880 was stopped by traffic cops for driving erratically early Sunday morning. The truck driver got down from his truck and fired a shot gun at the cop.

The shot blasted at the foot of one of the officers. The cops returned fired but missed the suspect who then jumped back into his rig and pulled away. Police gave chase.

The truck driver crashed his ride and feld on foot. He was captured, and arrested for shooting at law enforcement and escaping.
