Norman Holmes, 41, has 109 convictions. Cincinnati’s Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Ted Berry gave Holmes a lecture after his 109th conviction. It was such a long list of convictions that Judge Berry spoke up on it. The last conviction saw Holmes being sentenced for stealing toothpaste.

Norman Holmes pleaded guilty to stealing. Judge Berry asked Holmes why he did not become productive instead of stealing. Holmes had no answer. One third of Homes’109 convictions were for theft. Holmes had been imprisoned for 5 short terms for breaking in, entering premises and drug convictions.
