Norm Macdonald was a guest on the “Tonight Show” on August 31. Conan O’Brien hinted that Macdonald’s repertoire was a little lame and dragging. Macdonald probably thought he could script his own commentary into some kind of faux news comedy to amuse the crowd.

Norm Macdonald wore sneakers with his suit. Macdonald said he got his joke material from the “Sacramento Bee”.
