Nicole Hammond was staying at a hotel in Florida when she fell off the balcony. Hammond was killed when she plunged down 16 stories from her hotel room balcony. Hammond’s boyfriend, Justin Speegle, 27, was arrested in Oklahoma on a charge of murdering Hammond.

Nicole Hammond fell to her death on Dec 31 at the Marriott World Center. This was near Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Speegle told police he went to the balcony and saw that Hammond had fallen over. Speegle then called 911. Speegele was not named as a suspect on Dec. 31.
