Nick Hogan will be released from jail on October 21. Nick Hogan will have completed five months of his original eight month sentence. Hogan is expected to be freed from jail on Oct. 21. Nick Hogan’s lawyer, Morris Weinberg Jr. said that the early release date was anticipated because they had calculated good time and “all that.”

After Nick Hogan’s release, he has to serve 500 hours of community service. Nick Hogan can not drive any vehicle on the road for three years. Hogan has to finish a DUI school in the first year of his release from prison. Nick Hogan will be banned from drinking alcohol.
