Nicholas Woodhams: Woodhams iPod Shuffle fraud

Nicholas Woodhams, 23, pretended to own defective iPod Shuffle music players. Woodhams keyed in serial numbers of iPods he did not own to claim replacements for defective iPods he pretended to own.

Woodhams received and sold the new iPods for $49 each.

Nicholas Woodhams is cooperating with prosecutors and negotiating for a resolution. Woodhams faces Fraud and money laundering charges
