Nicholas Browning: John, Tamara, Gregory, Benjamin Browning killed

Nicholas Browning confessed to police he killed his family. His defense lawyers said his statement should not be used at his trial. Nicolas Browning also told the police where to locate the murder weapon.
Nicholas Browning was under 16 when the murders took place. However, his attorneys failed to get his case transferred to the Juvenile Court. Nicholas Browning faces the possibility of life in prison if he is convicted of the murders. Browning will not face the death penalty because he is under 18.
Nicholas Browning stands accused of the murders of John Browning, 45, Tamara Browning, 44, Gregory Browning, 14 and Benjamin Browning, 11.

Nicholas Browning was sentenced on Jan 23. The judge sentenced Nicholas Browning to two consecutive life terms and two concurrent life terms. If he fulfills certain conditions, Browning could apply for parole in 15 – 30 years. However, the governor needs to approve of it.
