Nia Vardolos, the star of the 2002 movie My Big Bat Greek Wedding, and her husband, Ian Gomez, have adopted a 5 year old daughter. Vardolos and Gomez adopted their daughter several months ago but have only released this information now to coincide with National Adoption Month and the large quantities of children waiting to be adopted in foster care.
