Trevor Goddard, 53, and his friend, Ian Wells, 42, were attacked by a man wielding an iron bar. Neil Matthews, 23, the assailant, attacked Trevor Goddard and Ian Wells. Goddard and Wells are beat up at East Street, Warminster, UK, on June 29.

The attack was unprovoked although Goddard had suggested that Matthews took offence at him being a cripple. Neil Matthews had earlier made a remark about Goddard being a cripple and asked him if Wells was his minder. Goddard has been scarred mentally and emotionally by the attack and said he would try to avoid youngsters. Neil Matthews has been sentenced to 15 months imprisonment.
