Charles Sobhraj, 64, has announced his pending marriage to Nihita Biswas, 20, a Nepalese. Neha alias Nihita Biswas first met Charles Sobhraj in prison to act as his interpreter and she was hooked. Charles Sobhraj is an Indian who has been imprisoned in Nepal.

Charles Sobhraj was nicknamed as the Bikini Killer and the Serpent. Charles Sobhraj was accused of seducing young women and then destroying them. Charles Sobhraj insisted that the Nepalese police have no evidence against him and he was confident of his release from prison soon.

Charles Sobhraj was arrested in Sep. 2003 and has been in jail. Charles Sobhraj was sentenced to life imprisonment in July 2004. The charges against Charles Sobhraj were that he supposedly killed an American and a Canadian tourist in Kathmandu in 1975. Charles Sobhraj alleged that the Nepal police forged some document to suggest that he was guilty.
