Natasha Dahn: Dahn sentenced for assaulting Justin Hamilton

Justin Hamilton, 24, a disabled man living in Lakeville, Dakota, was a victim of kidnapping, assault and robbery by on female teen and 4 men.

The teen, Natasha Dahn, 16, pleaded guilty and was sentenced. Dahn’s accomplices, John Maniglia, Glen Ries, Jonathon Diepold, John Ketterling, face criminal charges. They are detained in Dakota County Jail, awaiting the next court appearance on Dec. 5.

Natasha Dahn was sentenced to 2 or 3 months in juvenile detention, and up to 1 year in a juvenile program. Dahn’s probation is subject to conditions. She has to obey the terms of her probation and obey all laws. If Dahn violates her probation, she would be sentenced to 8 years in prison.

    It is DISGUSTING that this girl is getting off so easily.

    She caused the whole thing by lying that he hit her. Now she gets off with a wrist slap for what amounts to attempted murder. The unspoken message is that the lives of the disabled are worthless.
    Where is justice?
