Natascha Kampusch was kidnapped at age 10. Natascha Kampusch was held captive for 8 years. Natascha Kampusch’s mother, Brigitte Sirny has been accused of masterminding Natascha Kampusch’s abduction.

Natascha Kampusch was accused of covering up Natascha Kampusch’s suffering of sexual abuse. Brigitte Sirny has been accused of doing all that to cover up Natascha Kampusch’s abuse.

Martin Wabl, a retired judge, said that. Martin Wabl claimed that Brigitte Sirny plotted with Wolfgang Priklopil. Wolfgang Priklopil then imprisoned Natascha Kampusch in a dungeon for more than 8 years. Wolfgang Priklopil committed suicide after he realized that Natascha Kampusch had escaped from him. This happened in 2006.

 

Martin Wabl first made these allegations in 1998 but he was fined for defamation. Martin Wabl tod the State Court in Graz that he had contacted Brigitte Sirny when Natasha Kampusch disappeared in 1998. Martin Wabl was suspicious of her reactions. Martin Wabl said that Brigitte Sirny gave up too quickly.

 

Martin Wabl has returned to court at this present time to prove his claims and seek his criminal record of defamation erased. Martin Wabl called upon several witnesses who testified that Brigitte Sirny was a doubtful character. One witness claimed that Brigitte Sirny knew Natascha Kampusch’s abductor, Wolfgang Priklopil. Another witness claimed that Brigitte Sirny often beat Natascha kampusch.

In March 1998, Natascha Kampusch disappeared on her way to school. Brigitte Sirny was separated from Natascha’s father. Brigitte Sirny became a suspect when the police thought that she wanted custody of Natascha Kampusch.

Soon after Natascha Kampusch went missing, a newspaper published sexually implicit photos of Natascha Kampusch. Natascha Kampusch wore lipstick, boots and a riding whip. Natascha Kampusch’s genitals were displayed in the photos. Brigitte Sirny defended herself by saying that those pictures were harmless horse play. However, a prominent psychiatrist testified and said that the photos wer highly sexual in nature. The photographer probably received gratification from taking them.

Anneliese Glaser, a former neighbor of Brigitte Sirny, and ex-employee at a delicatessen owned by Mrs Sirny, said that Brigitte Sirny had little time for her daughter.

 

On the day before Natascha Kampusch disappeared, she had returned from Hungary and found her mother’s flat was empty. Brigitte Sirny had been out with her friends. The following day, Natascha Kampusch disappeared. Police interviewed Anneliese Glaser to ask her what she thought had happened. Anneliese Glaser told them that either Brigitte Sirny had scolded her daughter Matascha or something had happened.

Anneliese Glaser said that she never saw Brigitte Sirny laying hands on Natascha Kampusch but Anneliese Glaser had seen hand prints on Natascha Kampusch’s face.

Anneliese Glaser said that when Natascha kampusch was found in 2006, she saw the picture of Wolfgang Priklopil and she recognized him immediately. Wolfgang Priklopil was at Brigitte Sirny’s shop with another man. Anneliese Glaser remembered that she was at the shop repairing the electrics.

Ludwig Koch, Natascha Kampusch’s father, said that the first thing Natascha Kampusch asked for, when she spoke to after 8 years, was her favorite toy car. Ludwig Koch said that he kept it and his hopes alive.

Natascha Kampusch testified in a private court hearing. The press and public were removed from the roombecause of the sensitive nature of her evidence. There was hot speculation that Natascha Kampusch would talk about the sexual nature of her experiences at the hands of her mother Brigitte Sirny.

Later, when Natascha Kampusch emerged from the court room, she refused to answer questions fielded by the reporters. Natascha Kampusch was known to prefer taking paid interviews. She was said to have received over 1-2 Million British Pounds, or a maximum of USD$4 Million. These were from paid interviews.

 

Judge Juergen Schweiger said Natascha Kampusch had denied being sexually abused as a child. Juergen Schweiger will prepare a written verdict in a fortnight.
