Natalie Sarkisyan, 17, a leukemia patient, died in 2007. Sarkisyan’s family has sued Cigna Corp. for Natalie Sarkisyan’s death because Cigna refused to pay for her liver transplant. The Sarkisyan family has sued for breach of contract, unfair business practices, intentional infliction of emotional distress, delaying and rejecting claims, and wrongful death. Sarkisyan died before she could get a liver transplant.
