JC France was arrested for DUI. JC France is Bill France’s grandson. Mr Bill France is the NASCAR founder. JC France was arrested in Daytona Beach, Florida, during a traffic stop.

France was charged with possession of narcotics. Police who searched him found a small bag with white substance. The sample will be tested to confirm its contents. JC France was jailed in Volusia County Jail but later released on a $4500 bond.
