The naked cyclist is Earth Friend Gen. Gen’s name is actually Gennifer Moss and she is the naked cyclist who pedals around Portland, Oregon. Gennifer Moss as a naked cyclist is kind of erotic. The Naked Cyclist is allowed because Oregon allows public nudity except for the genitals.
