Suleman’s lips were suspected of having plastic surgery enhancement because they were particularly full. Suleman, at 33, has an unlined face. People have compared her to Angelina Jolie!
Seriously, does Nadya Suleman look like Jolie? Does Suleman behave like Angelina Jolie? They both have full lips and desire many children.
This website claimed Angelina Jolie always had full, natural blowfish lips.
Suleman has lines, extra folds of skin and even a double chin at unguarded moments when her face crumples in certain facial expressions. That does not suggest her skin was pulled back tightly as in a face with plastic surgery.

She definitely looks like she has had lots of plastic surgery. You can see it when she talks her lips are very stiff and dont move. Her nose looks very “pinched” and it also looks like she had had cheek bone implants and possibly a chin implant. Its not been done very well I would suspect she had it done in Mexico. Its very common in Southern California for people to cross over for cheaper operations which is also where she probably had the IVF done.

Lisa hit it on the head…this woman has had a lot of work more then one procedure on the nose and lips I venture to say…she seems mentally unstable and a Ang.Jolie fanatic…SSI payments are not “welfare” but a close cousin…and she will get it for the fragile newborns…

she looks like a plastic surgery freak! I would bet that in 5 years, when the kids have developed facial features, none of them will have her fake features. If you don’t believe it now, you will then.

This woman is a shame. How can you bring that many children in to the world without a dime? I don’t understand how she even was able under go fertility treatment… and how did she pay for that face? Your taxes.

very irritating that she can find the money to reconstruct her face yet couldn’t provide for her previous 6 children. How in god’s name was this allowed? She’s an obvious mediawhore. even worse – she brought 8 children into the world for her 15 minutes. And the bleeding hearts will support her all the way to the bank. Idiots

She looks like a blowfish. How these women think that 5 pounds of Botox jammed into their lips is supposed to be sexy is beyond me. More like a genetic freak!
