Myrka Dellanos, a popular Colgate spokesperson and model, is sued by United Talent Agency. UTA filed a lawsuit against Myrka Dellanos last Wednesday.

UTA claimed Myrka Dellanos breached their marketing contract with the furniture store called “Rooms To Go.” UTA wants Myrka Dellanos to pay 10% commission based upon her royalties earned from her deal. Myrka Dellanos’s manager, Luis Balaguer was asked to comment. Balaguer said that UTA was not involved with Rooms To Go. Balaguer said that Myrka Dellanos had dropped the agency UTA in 2007 and she was not obliged to UTA.
