The Morning Banana Diet has taken the world by storm. Some people have reported dramatic weight loss by going on the Morning Banana Diet. How does it work? Eat one or more bananas for breakfast and drink room temperature water.
Eat anything you like for Lunch and Dinner. Dinner must be consumed before 8 o’clock and you must sleep nefore midnight. There are no desserts after meals and you may have a snack at 3 o’clock.
