Casey Anthony, the mother of Caylee Anthony, was re-arrested for the second time and charged with forgery, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft.

This followed after it was revealed that there was evidence she removed money meant for her grandfather’s health care. Her mother found out but let the matter slide and believed Casey’s excuse. Leonard Padilla had bailed her out after her lawyers made a request to him. Then, a few days later, he announced that he was revoking bail.

On Friday, Padilla said he changed his mind after he was persuaded and convinced that Casey Anthony would not be in danger by remaining out on bail. By Friday evening, the news came out that Casey Anthony was re-arrested. Investigators believed that human decomposition occurred in the car boot of Casey’s car. A strand of hair belonging to Caylee Anthony was also found in the car. Leonard Padilla expressed disappointment that Casey Anthony had refused to co-operate nor provide information despite some concessions for her.
