Miss Vietnam USA Yen Le, a former beauty queen winner, filed a lawsuit against the beauty pageant organizers of Miss Vietnam USA. Yen Le claimed they failed to honor their pledge to give her $10,000 prize money and a new Mercedes.

Yen Le claimed the organizer made her lease the car in her name. The organizer then defaulted on the payments. Yen Le is also missing her $10,000.

Yen Le wants compensation to the tune of $50,000 in damages, plus interest, her lawyer fees and court fees.
