Rachel Smith’s videos are here. Rachel Smith, Miss USA 2007, was competing in the Miss Universe 2007 in Mexico City when she tripped on her own evening gown and fell down. This year, in 2008, Miss USA Crystle Stewart also tripped on her own evening dress and fell down too.
