By Clarencia Cynrae on June 16th, 2009Miranda Tozier-Robbins was almost arrested. Miranda Tozier-Robbins was late for her court hearing at 3:30 am, only arriving at 10:45 am. The judge accepted Tozier-Robbins’ excuse that she was caught up in the traffic jam traveling from Inglewood, 25 miles away from Malibu.
The judge said he placed a restraining order on Tozier-Robbins. She was required to stay away from Britney Spears and her residence at least 100 yards.
Tozier-Robbins said she would be defending herself.
Tozier-Robbins was upset the judge would only consider returning her film footage of Britney Spears after one week. Tozier-Robbins refused to talk to reporters on her way out.
