Michelle Doris Thomas, born September 23, 1968, died on December 23, 1998. Thomas was an actress.

Thomas played Myra Monkhouse, the reel girlfriend of Steve Urkel,in Family Matters, from 1993- 1998.

Thomas acted as Justine Philips, the reel girlfriend of Theo Huxtable on The Crosby Show, from 1988 – 1990.

Thomas’ last role was as Callie Rogers in The Young and The Restless, in 1998.

Thomas also appeared in many other TV shows. Thomas had a rare soft tissue sarcoma called intra-abdominal desmoplastic small round cell tumor. This meant Thomas had a type of cancer.

Thomas refused treatment as she thought it would interfere with her chances of bearing babies. Thomas agreed to be treated when her disease became terminal. Thomas had to reduce her workload as her stomach cancer progressed. Thomas eventually passed away in NYC. Thomas was only 30 and her death was mourned by many.
