Michael Yon, the winner of the Best Military Blog, is thinking of filing a lawsuit against Michael Moore. Yon claimed Moore has been using his copyrighted photo he took in 2005. Yon said he had contacted Moore to remove his copyright but Moore failed to respond accordingly.

Yon took the heartbreaking picture of Major Mark Bieger carrying a little girl, Farah, wrapped in a blanket. She was a victim of a suicide terrorist in a car bomb in Iraq.
