Madsen owes $80,000 in rental for his Malibu rented home. Madsen failed to pay $20k monthly for the past 4 months. Madsen’s landlord said he intends to evict Madsen if he doesn’t pony up the overdue rent.

Michael Madsen’s declared income was $3,392 monthly and he filed for bankruptcy in June 2009. Madsen may have difficulty renting the exclusive luxury home if his income remains low. Not only that, Madsen has his debt hanging over his head.
