Updated July 1 2009 – Michale Jackson’s will was last drawn on July 7 2002. Jackson named John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel as co-Executors. Siegal had resigned in 2003.

John Branca is an entertainment lawyer and advisor. Branca has represented Jackson since he was 21.

John McClain is a founder member of Interscope Records. McClain has been a Jackson family friend for the past 40 years.

Jackson left his estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The contents of the Trust are private. It was understood Jackson made provisions for his children and family in the Trust. Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson has been omitted from his will. Diana Ross has been named as the guardian of his children if his mother Katherine Jackson did not accept his children.

The Michael Jackson will has been revealed. Michael Jackson’s will allegedly stated that his estate would be divided among his mother, Katherine Jackson, his three children and one or two charities. It is believed Michael’s father, Joseph “Joe” Jackson was excluded from Michael’s last will and testament.

The Jackson family lawyer said he had not seen any copy of the said will. The Jackson family will review Michael’s will. There is a hint that the Jackson family may challenge Michael’s will. Nothing was mentioned on who gets custody of the singer’s 3 children.

i loved Michael but what he has done and the mess he has created is ridiculous. if there is any truth to the paternity of the children s real father why wait until he s dead to surface such garbage when he s not even here to speak for him self. if he brought kids into the world probably knowing that he could not have his own WHY TEAR THAT APART
