John Branca, one of Michael Jackson’s numerous lawyers, said he has a copy of Jackson’s will. John Branca believed that was the latest copy of Jackson’s will. Branca has made it known he will file a copy of Michael Jackson’s will with the court.

Usually wills are kept in the custody of lawyers and if there are more than one wills, there will be a comparison of the dates the wills are made. The latest will is the valid will.

Jon Branca had been involved in helping Jackson to buy The Beatles publishing Catalog in 1985. John Branca and Jackson parted company in 2005. Jackson hired Branca for some work 3 weeks ago in early June 2009
