Michael Clemmons, Luster Lewis, John Foster: Clemmons, Lewis, Foster arrested
By Clarencia Cynrae on January 3rd, 2009Michael Clemmons, 19, a freshman running back for Santa Ana College, and Luster Lewis, 20, a sophomore wide receiver, were arrested. Clemmons and Lewis were arrested after they were busted upon discovery of a video. The video was allegedly a sexual assault on a female, age 18, when she was unconscious in a hotel room in Orange County.
John Paul Foster, 22, a friend of Clemmons and Lewis, has been accused of aiding his friends in the sexual assault. The rape allegedly happened in July 2008. The teen attended a party in a hotel in Tustin, Calif., before she passed out.
Foster, Clemmons and Lewis have pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual assault. The men are detained in lieu of their bonds. Foster was arrested on Mon., Dec. 29. Clemmons was arrested on Tue., Dec. 30. Lewis surrendered on Fri., Jan. 2.
Santa Ana College was closed for the school holidays. Jason Kehler, the sports information coordinator, said he was not informed yet about the charges because of the holidays. Kehler could not comment.

hey hey.. now there is a video tape of them doing that but then again you have to look at it from both sides… what exactly did the girl pass out from.. i’m more than positive that she wasn’t just tired. Could of been the exceeding amount of alcohol she consumed that evening or a possible amount of drugs you never know what these people can get into. Now don’t you think that the girl regrets going to such a party where they fill its necessary for underaged people to consume alcohol and use of illegal substances?? although what they did is terrible just goes to show you now-a-days that we cant just be careless. i believe that there is enough evidence but i believe that the case should have done more investigation.. could of killed two birds with one stone if you know what i mean

Well dont you believe that since they are football players and that she was a girl or what we all know as a hoochie. That she didnt say hey i want both of you guys we all know 18 year old girls go for partys to get laid.. she probably wanted to do that without being drunk… did you see any of the footage before they had sex? so how do you know she didnt say she wanted to do that in the first place.. Was she the one that turned in the video tape? Probably not. so how can you say that they wern’t just trying to have a good time? You dont understand all of the aspects of what could of happend. I Know Micheal Clemmons and i know he wouldnt do anything as stupid as to rape a girl. I dont feel like he should be charged with that or any of them should. You should get the concent of the Victim and ask her what really happend that night. Because we all know that Micheal is a good person that only wants to have a good time. And I truely believe that he would not do that if she said no. If thats the case than every Porn artist should be held in jail for Rape. So who ever believes this is honestly oblivious and only believes whats in front of them. Plenty of people go to jail for crimes that they did not commit. And now we have another innocent person behind bars.
