Merry Madagascar is a special 30 minute movie. Merry Madagascar is available as a DVD. Alex (Ben Stiller), Marty (Chris Rock), Melman (David Schwimmer), Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith) have provided their voices to the lion, zebra, giraffe and hippopotamus.

Having seen Madagascar and Escape 2 Africa, I would say fans are glad to welcome this new Christmas special.

A sneak preview on a theme belonging to Merry Madagascar was released as a trailer long ago. The penguins were shown having some hilarious, wacky fun with a Christmas tree and some Christmas vendors on the street.

Ben Stiller was last seen in “Night At The Museum 2″. Stiller as the lion Alex will be the leader of the pack and spread some Christmas cheer this season.

Merry Madagascar is aired on November 17, on NBC at 8/7c. The second broadcast is on Saturday, November 28.
