Melissa Jo Berry, a rookie linebacker for Lingerie Football League’s Tampa Breeze, is suing her ex-boyfriend, Marc Dawson. Melissa Berry claimed Marc Dawson posted nude photos of her without her consent. (Photos & video below).

Melissa Berry said Dawson should have known not to post her naked pictures because he (Dawson) was supposedly an expert on “healthy relationships.” Posting Melissa Berry’s nude pictures online was not a healthy relationship for a post-breakup couple.

In his defence, Marc Dawson said Melissa Berry willing posed for her naked photos and he never made anything public. Dawson said Berry willingly posed for her naked pictures. Dawson claimed Berry stripped for her living. Melissa Berry was a dancer at Thee Dollhouse.

Dawson claimed Berry made allegations against him. Dawson said Berry was creating drama as a cover up because there were naked pictures of her in the internet.

Melissa Berry claimed no photographer had ever taken her naked pictures. Berry said posting her nude pictures online violated her privacy. Melissa Berry is asking for unspecified damages in excess of $15,000.
