CREW, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, has checked John McCain’s tax returns for 2006 and 2007. CREW questioned why McCain, a known gambler, had no declared winnings (or losses) in his filed tax returns. Obama had commented on McCain’s reputation as a gambler. He said it was ok, as long as it was not about gambling with the economy. Obama went on to admit he liked the occasional game of poker. Obama’s tax returns have no declarations of winnings either.
