The Mayor’s skimpy dress draws complaint. Mayor Stu Rasmussen wore a skimpy dress of short skirt, scanty halter top and high heels. Mayor’s skimpy dress draws a complaint from Brenda Sturdevant, the director of the youth program event that Rasmusen attended in his skimpy dress.

Ms Sturdevant filed a complaint with the Silverton City Council. Sturdevant complained that the Mayor violated the city council dress code for public figures.

Mayor Rasmussen has responded by saying the complaint was unjustified. The Silverton City Council will decide.

Mayor Rasmussen called himself a heterosexual who liked to look like a female.
