Mauricia Grant, ex NASCAR technical inspector, sued NASCAR for sexual harassment and racial discrimination. Mauricia Grant had worked for NASCAR for over 2 years. Grant filed a lawsuit to claim $225 million in damages.

NASCAR and Grant have mediated and settled the lawsuit. The terms of the settlement were confidential. NASCAR’s spokesperson said the company continued to maintain a professional work environment and wished Mauricia Grant well for her future.
