Christopher Mellis, 19, of James City County, Va., was killed when a drunk driver’s car in the opposite direction smashed into his vehicle.

Matthew Burch, the other driver, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and DUI. Burch had two previous DUI convictions.

Christopher Mellis’ funeral was held on Thursday, April 16. The Mellis family has a condolence page at www.nelsoncares.com
