Updated April 27 2010: Matt McDonald, aka Matthew McDonald, faces a third charge. In addition to the first two charges related to assault and intimidation of his girlfriend, McDonald has been charged with Oxycodone distribution.
McDonald is staring at a maximum of 20 years in prison if he is convicted on the oxycodone charge.
Matthew McDonald and Adam Jasinski were cast mates in Big Brother season 9, which ran from Feb 2008 through April 2008. Matthew McDonald and Adam Jasinski are both charged with involvement in the same drug distribution ring for oxycodone.

Matt McDonald has been accused of asking his family to harass his former girlfriend into dropping the domestic violence charges against him. Matt McDonald himself also allegedly called her behind bars, to frighten and threaten her. Some members of the McDonald family showed up at her workplace to harass her. McDonald was arrested a second time for witness intimidation.
April 23 2010:
Matt McDonald, a former star in “Big Brother”, was arrested for alleged domestic battery. Matt McDonald (photos below) was accused of assaulting his pregnant fiancee.
Matt McDonald (pictures below) lives in Boston, PD, and was a Big Brother contestant on season 9. McDonald’s girlfriend went to a police station to report him for violence attacks.
The woman is now 8 weeks pregnant. She told police Matt McDonald accused her of cheating on him and they had a quarrel. She accused McDonald of strangling her neck, threatening her, kicking her in her collarbone, and punching her arms. Police found bruises at the places she mentioned. The expectant mother’s baby has survived the attack.
According to the woman, McDonald called his girlfriend fiancee’s father on the telephone and threatened to kill him if he called police on them.
Matt McDonald defended himself by saying his girlfriend was physically fighting with him and he only defended himself. McDonald was charged with assault and battery, and assault and battery on a pregnant woman.
Matt McDonald’s case will be mentioned in court in May.
Matt McDonald was born on April 7, 1984. McDonald’s home town was in Charleston, MA. McDonald used to be a roofing foreman before he participated in Big Brother.
