Matt Laubhan surprised his girlfriend, Emily Leonard, when he proposed to her live on TV. Laubhan had schemed with the TV station to interrupt Leonard’s program with a cut to his live segment. Laubhan proposed to Leonard live on TV. Laubhan got down on one knee and presented a ring to Leonard. Laubhan could even joke about Emily having the choice to accept or reject his proposal.
