Matmagasinet, a Swedish food magazine, made a typo error in a recipe for a cake. It listed the ingrdients as 20 nutmegs, instead of a pinch of nutmeg. Four people who actually made the cake and ate it suffered symptoms.

The Matmagasinet recipe victims experienced dizziness and headaches. Matmagasinet immediately recalled all store copies of the magazine.
