Mary J Blige punched her husband Kendu Isaacs. Blige and Isaacs were at her record release party to celebrate at club M2 on Tuesday, December 22. Blige’s cause of anger was because she thought Isaacs was flirty with a waitress.

Blige reportedly screamed at Isaacs. Blige confronted Isaacs about him spoiling her big celebratory night. A friend tried to get in between them as he saw they were pretty heated about the argument. Blige pushed him away and swung at Isaacs. Blige punched her husband in his face.

Blige was the person of honor at the party so Isaacs was booted out of the party. Blige went to the bathroom to tidy up and regain her composure but she decided to leave the party instead.

The rest of the party guests felt uneasy as the guest of honor had left.

Mary J Blige’s representative has denied this story as a lie.

Mary Blige has responded with ehr version of what happened. Blige and her rep said she tried to break up a fight between Isaacs and her brother. The rep denied that Isaacs suffered a bloody wound. The couple returned home together and that closed the chapter.
