Mary Delgado, from the fame of being the winner of season six’s The Bachelor, was arrested. Mary Delgado attacked a police car. On Saturday, Nov. 15, Mary Delgado was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina’s Cantina in Del Rio, Texas.

Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado:

Lorina’s Cantina called the police because Mary Delgado refused to leave the bar. Delgado told them it was her constitutional right to stay at the bar for as long as she wanted. Police came and brought Delgado to their squad car.

While Mary Delgado was being transported to jail, she was talked loudly and kicked the radio inside the police car. Mary Delgado was taken to jail at the Val Verde County Correctional Facility. Mary Delgado’s long time steady boyfriend, the Bachelor celebrity featured in TV reality show The Bachelor, is Byron Velvick. Velvick came faithfully to post her bond and Delgado was free to leave jail.

Mary Delgado was arrested in 2007 when she punched Byron Velvick, her fiancé. Velvick forgave her.
