Marvin Harrison: Marvin Harrison not charged for shooting

Marvin Harrison, Colts WR, owned the gun that was fired on April 29, 2008. Witnesses gave conflicting accounts and there was insufficient evidence to charge Marvin Harrison.

The investigation remains open so Harrison is not cleared yet. As Marvin Harrison is the owner of the weapon that fired, he can be charged because the owner is liable. Dwight Dixon, a victim of the shooting, has filed a civil lawsuit against him.
