Martin Tickner, 25, was accused of setting up a Facebook account in his ex girlfriend’s name, Sarah Evans. Tickner then posted Evans’ naked photos online. Evans was informed by her friends and she reported this to get her nude pictures removed. Sarah Evans called the police and they arrested Tickner for harassment. Tickner and Evans had a daughter, 3, before they broke off in July 2007.

Martin Tickner told his side of the story. Tickner claimed after Evans split with him, her relationship with the new boyfriend failed. Tickner alleged Evans pestered and harassed him. Tickner said Evans sent him her topless photos and naked pictures. Tickner posted Evan’s racy photos on Facebook but he said the pictures were not explicit. He admitted they were naked and topless photos but according to him, they were not explicit.

Earlier this week, Tina Sherman had her nude photos posted when her husband, Phillip Sherman, left his celle phone behind in McDonald’s restaurant. The Sherman couple are suing for damages.
