Mark Lester, Michael Jackson’s friend and godfather of his three children, was once married to Jane Lester. Jane Lester said Mark made friends with Jackson after the birth of Paris Jackson. Both Mark and Jane Lester live in the UK.

Jane Lester said Mark’s friendship with Jackson was an attempt to cling onto the last rays of limelight from his childhood fame as a young actor. Mr Lester’s success formula was not found when he grew up.

When Mr Lester turned 18, his £1 million fortune from his childhood acting days was handed over to him. Mr Lester blew it all away in about 2 years. Lester worked in a bar, as an insurance salesman, and as an osteopath.

Jane Lester said Mark met Jackson in 1981. Jane and Mark were married in 1991. The Lesters had 4 children, Lucy, Harriet, Felix and Olivia. Jane said the dates which Mark claimed he met and donated sperm for Jackson’s kids did not tally with the calendar of events when the kids were born.

Mark Lester is now back pedaling. Lester said that he donated sperm to be sent to Jackson but could not confirm that his semen was actually used in any pregnancies. Lester no longer claimed he donated sperm to father Paris Jackson.

Jane Lester suggested Mark sold his story and photos of their daughter Harriet Lester to boost her visibility as she wanted to become a model.

Mark Lester claimed that his former wife Jane Lester is an alcoholic and has destroyed her credibility. Jane has admitted drinking wine but said her reputation should not be diminished with this admission.
