Mark Ingram, former New York Giant player, was arrested. Ingram was caught in Michigan. Ingram had been on the run since 1 month ago. Ingram disappeared on the day he was expected to start serving his prison sentence for money laundering and bank fraud.

When Mark Ingram failed to show up on Dec. 5 for his prison sentence, US Marshals started searching for him. Ingram was found in a hotel, in Flint, Michigan. Ingram had not been far from his home in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Ingram will appear in court in Mich., on Mon., Jan 5. Ingram has to travel to New York, the city where he was prosecuted for his bank fraud charges. New York will charge Ingram for fleeing his prison sentence.

It is kind of sad since old reports noted Ingram had spent time away from his family when he had served time for previous offenses.
