After the Corrections Department changed their policy and allowed sex-offender treatment, the judge lengthened Hulett’s sentence to 3 years. When Mark Hulett is released, he has to find suitable housing that is not near large quantities of children, definitely not near schools, and avoid friendships with people who have children.
