Mark Ballas, the professional dancing partner of Kim Kardashian in Dancing with the Stars, has a new record deal. Mark Ballas will become a singer. Kim Kardashian revealed this in an interview after her elimination from the show, DWTS, on Tues. night, Sept. 30. Congratulations to Mark! Kim has promised to become a groupie (fan) for him.
