Updated July 6 – Donna Watts Brighthaupt, the woman who accused Barry of stalking her, has spoken up. Brighthaupt denied the statement made by Natalie Williams, Marion Barry’s PR spokesperson. Donna Watts Brighthaupt disliked being called “troubled” by Williams.

Marion Barry was arrested on Saturday night, July 4. Marion Barry is the former mayor of Washington DC. Barry was slapped with domestic related charges. The allegations against Barry were unknown at press time. Barry had served 4 terms as the Mayor of Washington. The newspaper said Barry had previous brushes with the law.
