June 6 2011 – Donny Osmond said Marie Osmond’s marriage was proving to be a happy one for her. Donny spoke up after his sister didn’t. No doubt, Marie has been busy adapting to the new state in her life.
May 4 2011 – Marie Osmond changed her mind again and re-married Stephen Craig. Osmond and Craig walked down the aisle for the second time together. Osmond wore her original wedding gown designed by Ret Turner, in 1982. She fits into the wedding dress beautifully. Did Marie experience an eerie sense of having history repeat itself? Marie Osmond’s marriage to Stephen Craig was held on May 4, 2011.
Marie Osmond remarrying Stephen Craig was her idea, with some of his input too. Osmond had been considering the idea of re-marrying Craig after her son Michael Blosil died of a sudden death. Craig got in touch with Osmond again after knowing of Michael’s suicide in early 2010.
Osmond bonded with Craig over their shared grief. She seemed to desire to hang onto a piece of her past as Craig brought back some memories. Osmond and Craig had originally divorced after she claimed he inflicted mental anguish on her. Craig may have tried to make up for the past incidents that happened nearly 3 decades ago. Osmond was persuaded to give him a second chance at a re-marriage.
Some of Osmond’s fans are against the idea of Marie remarrying Stephen Craig. Some people bring up Elizabeth Taylor and her re-marriage to Richard Burton. It failed to work. However, there are other celebrities and non-celebrities who have re-married a spouse and lived happily ever after.
Feb 22 2011 – Marie Osmond cancels re-marriage to Stephen Craig. Marie Osmond isn’t marrying her ex-husband Stephen Craig. Osmond canceled her wedding plans. A source said Osmond still had doubts about Craig since he allegedly cheated on her during their brief marriage around 29 years ago.
Dec 15 2010 -Marie Osmond is re-marrying her first husband Stephen Craig. Craig helped Osmond in her mourning and bereavement for her son Michael. Osmond and Craig re-connected and she thought Michael would approve of her re-union with Craig.
March 25 2010 – Rumors said Marie Osmond may be getting married again. Stephen Craig, Osmond’s first husband, has allegedly asked Osmond to marry him for the second time in his life.
Marie Osmond and Stephen Craig were newly weds in the 1980s. Craig, a former basketball player, and Osmond divorced after 3 years of marriage. Gossips claimed Craig and Osmond had stayed in touch all these years. Recently, the death of Osmond’s adopted son, Michael Blosil, had brought them closer together.
Sources blamed youth and folly for the first break up and divorce. Some people thought it wasn’t a good sign that Osmond re-used her original wedding dress from 29 years ago. Isn’t it bad luck to wear the same wedding dress twice? If Osmond had given her old wedding dress to one of her daughters to wear, that would be different. But here she is, re-cycling her Ret Turner wedding gown. Osmond made it a point to show off that her figure was as fit and trim as she was 29 years ago.
Osmond said that in her opinion, it was fitting to wear the same wedding dress again. She then made a slight nod towards self depreciation by saying her dress was now very tight for her. She said she couldn’t breathe in the old dress but she was probably exaggerating.
Osmond isn’t financially cash strapped, in case someone wants to know if she can afford to buy a brand new wedding dress for her re-marriage to Craig. Osmond said she did commission a brand new wedding gown but she didn’t like it when it was ready.
Osmond claimed she only got the idea to wear her old wedding dress when she cleaned out her garage. Less than a week before her second wedding date with Craig, Osmond was doing some spring cleaning when she chanced upon her old dress in a box. After 29 years, the wedding dress was untouched by worms, insects or fabric eating pests.
Her perfect wedding dress re-surfaced in the nick of time for Osmond and Craig to get married in Las Vegas. Osmond wore a string of pearls, pearl drop ear rings, and a pearly white smile.
Osmond said May 4 was chosen to be her re-marriage day because the day coincides with her beloved late mother’s birthday, and also reminded her of her late son, Michael Blosil. Michael’s birthday was on May 4 too.
Contrary to what was earlier said about Michael bringing them back together, Osmond said it was Stephen Junior, her son who was fathered by her first husband Stephen, who was responsible in her second marriage to Craig.
Stephen Junior, now 28, was credited for re-uniting his parents.
Osmond said she felt her life was more complete now with Craig back in the picture. As for the past, she said some things were meant to be that way. The passage of time helped her to grow in her journey. She said she has become more appreciative. Osmond stressed she was happy with her life and the way things turned out for her.
Did Osmond and Craig draw up a pre-nuptial agreement? That has not been disclosed publicly. The common thread of thought was that one of the spouses would tend to gain should there be a split in the future.
Marie Osmond is said to be trying to re-capture the magic of her youth. From her doll collections, her re-marriage with Craig, down to recycling her original wedding dress, Osmond is sending the message of a middle-aged woman afraid of the middle spread, capturing the youth of her bygone era.

Marie osmond is fake, both in looks and in the way she lives her life. The osmonds will do anything to promote themselves which includes twisting the truth to ensure they appear just the way they want to to the gulable public I have lost all fatith in them.

Gertz..You said you committed adultry! I never have or would! It takes lies to do so and some people follow God to begin with and don’t stab their spouce in the back and bring home possible stds to a spouse!! You think it is ok cause you did it yourself, but those who never have see thongs like adultry as beyond evil!! You get divorced if you are not happy in marriage, you don’t cheat!
I hope he will be good to Marie. Marie has been through so much. I kind of think Steve and Marie should have never divorced. I am feeling good about her remarrying Steve as he never married and probably knew he let a lovely women get away. Bless both Marie and Steven. I am rooting for you both.
My brother married his first wife after 25 years and 4 other marriages for them both. They are as happy as can be. Youth played a part in their first marriage breaking up. Years of experience have taught them a lot and they are deeper in love now than ever.
Marie, my sister-in-law remarried her first husband and it lasted all of three weeks. PLEASE do not make the same mistake again.
I don’t know Marie or Steve, nor do I think I will ever meet them. But at 50, I”m sure they want a settled happy life. I’ve got to trust their judgement, and so should you. Good luck, guys.
Lori, you sound like a typical overjudgmental Mormon. Believe me, I know them, because I was one who committed adultery. I also repented and was forgiven of my sins. Get a life, and accept the fact that we are all human and we all commit sin. Every one of us has the ability to recover from that. I say good for them. I knew Steve Craig too, when I was much younger. Not a bad guy, but with faults just like everyone. I’d be careful if I were him. Being married to anyone in show business is risky…

I went to High School with Steve. He is an exceptional person. I know his entire family, too. Whatever may have happened in the past, I have admired the Craig family since I was a youngster and continue to do so now.

He cheated on her, but he’s hot and Marie is close to her son with him. I think once a cheater always one! Mormons know better than to cheat! I mean adultry is next to murder in the Bible. It says not to marry an adulterer! She still has a crush on him. She’s older and maybe she feels like slim pickens and he’s hot! Mormons marry other Mormons. In this case by 50 yrs old few are divorced and most are not good ones if they are! They are men and may be the cause. If he cheats again it’s not going to be pretty!!!
