The nanny, Maria Vianey Guadron, who worked for Liza Marquez has sued her. Maria Vianey Guadron claimed she was fired because she refused to sign a confidentiality agreement that Liza Marquez asked. Maria Vianey Guadron has sued Marquez because she was fired over the refusal to sign papers to seal her lips.

Liza Marquez sues David Caruso: Caruso’s ex lover Liza Marquez

David Caruso, an actor in “CSI: Miami”, has a lawsuit in his hands. Liza Marquez has sued Caruso for fraud, breach of settlement agreement and emotional distress.

Liza Marquez said she met Caruso in 2004 and started a relationship with him. Marquez saud Caruso wooed her with a ring and sweet promises.

Marquez and Caruso were live-in lovers. Marquez alleged Caruso made her his homemaker and confidante. Caruso allegedly told her he would provide for her. Marquez and Caruso had two children together before Caruso broke up with her in October 2007.

Liza Marquez claimed Caruso agreed to pay her $1 million in addition to her lawyer’s fees. Marquez said Caruso defaulted. Caruso never made good on his promise but threatened to harm Liza Marquez instead.
