Maria Solano, 25, abandoned her baby outside an apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. Solano abandoned the newborn baby boy on Sunday, Jan. 11. Solano left her baby otside the building near her home in Bay Ridge. Solano rang a few door bells to get people to come out to look.

Brooklyn D.A.’s office said Solano has 3 older children under 5 years old. Solano faces charges of reckless endangerment of a child.
